To support local businesses in digitizing their payroll processes, I am offering micro/small companies with less than 10 headcount a very affordable rate of $8 per headcount per month to process payroll + generate e-payslips + leave records maintenance. You may also wish to takeover / transfer this service to another provider at any time.
There will be a one-time administrative fee of $18 chargeable upon confirmation.

Basic Employee Handbook will cover critical aspects of employment e.g. must-know HR and legislative processes by employees, code of conduct, performance management and disciplinary procedures etc.
Should the company require more than what is covered (you may wish to reference to free Employee Handbook template provided in Digital Goods), top-up fees will apply for any customisation required.

Prior-session meeting with company representative(s) is required to better establish expected and/or desired outcomes from counselling. Post-counselling follow-up on next steps/recommendations (if any) is complimentary for the next 14 calendar days.

The direct supervisor of this New Manager is required to share the desired outcomes from the company's perspective with the New Manager, and for him/her to share their career aspirations to enable Delphinium@Work to craft a customised development plan for this New Manager.
Implementation of development plan requires a minimum committment of 12-18 months by both employee and the company.
