Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing from Delphinium@Work!

We do not offer refund and/or exchange for your purchases as all, if not most, of our products sold on this website or eShop comprise of digital goods which are available as downloadable files (e.g. MS Word, MS Excel, PDF, EPUB), and all sales are deemed as final.

The above applies for any purchase of printed/hardcopy versions of our digital goods, if available (i.e. Books, Guides).

Shipping

• Shipping options maybe made available for print versions of publications (i.e. Books, Guides) by Delphinium@Work and/or Delphinium Sim.

• Cost of shipping of such materials will be shown at check-out, if not, separately quoted and sent to you via email upon request. Shipping costs are non-refundable! 

• All shipping options made available shall be tracked and Delphinium@Work shall not be liable for any loss or disputes pertaining to delivery of printed items.

• Singapore: Self-collection requests for purchases of printed materials/items shall be accepted based on availability.

• Request for returns and/or refunds for print versions of purchases made on this site and/or eShop are not accepted; Please DO NOT send such items back to us.
